Frequently Asked Questions

Do you take small residential jobs or only big ones?

We explain which applies to your situation before doing it.
Can you hang a heavy fan on my vaulted ceiling?
Yes, and bracing is the part that matters. A large fan on a vaulted or beamed Kailua ceiling needs a fan-rated box and proper support, not a standard light box. We install the right box and bracing for the weight and the ceiling type so the fan is solid and quiet, not wobbling off a fixture box it was never meant for.
Can you wire an addition or ohana unit?

I have a Federal Pacific or Zinsco panel. What now?
