Real Work From Real Jobs

Most of what you see below came off Jerry’s phone at the end of a workday. A panel we finished in Aiea before the rain came in, a fan going up on a Kaneohe lanai, the crew halfway through a rough-in on a Honolulu ADU. Nothing here was bought from a photo site or shot by somebody who has never held a pair of linesman’s pliers.

The panel photos are the ones people study the longest. When a house on Oahu still runs the original service from the sixties, the inside of that box tells you everything: crowded neutrals, double-tapped breakers, corrosion creeping in off the salt air. We take a picture before we open it and another after the new gear is in and every circuit is labeled in plain English, so the next person who opens that door knows what they are looking at.

You will also see EV chargers wired straight back to the panel, LED retrofits in offices and warehouses, kitchen lighting where the recessed cans and the pendants finally line up, and outlet refreshes with USB-C built in. Some of these were half-day visits. A couple were week-long rewires with HECO scheduling and City and County of Honolulu inspections in the middle. We shoot them the same way either way.
